We provide FREE shipping on orders $100 or more!
Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed, packaged & shipped. All local pick up orders are required to be picked up within 3 day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Our goal is to have all local pick ups ready the following business day.

Redbird Boutique is not responsible for:
- Products lost or damaged in the mail.
- International or Custom Charges
- Products marked delivered by the post office that do not arrive. You will need to contact the post office directly.
If you have issues with your tracking number, please contact the courier prior to contacting us in an effort to resolve the issue. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has lapsed.
All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If for some reason your package states it was delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly. We cannot be held responsible for packages with tracking information that states it was delivered.
Please keep in mind that the delivery time, is an ESTIMATED time. We cannot control the courier companies. We are not responsible if an item is delivered after the estimated date of delivery.

If is YOUR responsibility to provide us with the correct address. If a package is returned to us marked 'undeliverable' due to the incorrect address, it is your responsibility to correct the issue. You will be responsible for the cost to reship the package to you.
